台北市長柯文哲要將全市派出所改為行動派出所，議員、民間、基層警界都不看好。市議員李新痛批，柯文哲的理由是省錢，但民眾的安全可以用金錢來量嗎？

一名不願具名的派出所長指出，如市民在路上遭搶，行動派出所可否到現場受理報案、製作筆錄到印出報案三聯單，若連完成一個受理報案流程都有問題，如何順利推動？此外，裁撤派出所後，所有人員集中到分局，槍械也要集中保管，全市現有分局空間不敷使用，哪有辦法再容納？

還有最重要的監視器主機，現在每個派出所負責上百個監視器，以後要設置在哪？現行的報案系統也只能在警局網路才能上線，無法以外部網路登入，該系統由警政署設計管理，若北市未能與警政署共同解決，警察在外受理報案，仍需回警局輸入資料，不見得效率會提高。

市議員何志偉表示，行動派出所未來要怎麼運作，外界完全不理解，不知該從何支持起。市長要推動一項政策，應該先說明清楚，也要尊重民眾的意見及習慣，民眾有事習慣找派出所，未來難道要大家上街找警察嗎？

松山區莊敬里長劉美鳳直言，裁掉派出所「不會更好」，因為民眾已經習慣有派出所，換成行動派出所，民眾要去哪裡找？且警員需要休息，在車上休息也不舒服，市長應該要「將心比心。」
